Delivery
We offer two delivery options, plus free collection in store.
Standard delivery — KSh 300
A flat KSh 300 wherever you are, and free on orders of KSh 2,500 and above.
Order before 12 noon and we dispatch the same day; anything later goes out the next day.
Outside Nairobi, allow up to 48 hours.
Express delivery — within 20 km, today or tomorrow
Order before 3pm and you can have it the same day. If today does not suit, choose express delivery for tomorrow instead and we will bring it then.
Express is charged by distance rather than a flat fee. The exact fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Beyond 20 km, orders are delivered by standard delivery.
Orders placed over a weekend are delivered on Monday.
