Standard delivery — KSh 300. A flat KSh 300 wherever you are, and free on orders of KSh 2,500 and above. Order before 12 noon and we dispatch the same day; anything later goes out the next day. Outside Nairobi, allow up to 48 hours.

Express delivery — within 20 km, today or tomorrow. Order before 3pm and you can have it the same day. If today does not suit, choose express delivery for tomorrow instead. Express is charged by distance rather than a flat fee, and the exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Beyond 20 km, orders are delivered by standard delivery. Orders placed over a weekend are delivered on Monday.

Collect in store — free. CBD, Goodlife Pharmacy City Square Branch. Mombasa Road Showroom, Laborex Complex, Farm Auto Spares Building, Mombasa Road — open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Returns
Replacement only, within 48 hours of delivery, for goods that are faulty, wrong or expired. Change of mind is excluded. Full terms on our Return Policy page.
