What is Uncover Rooibos Glow Toner ( I am Balanced) – 125ml
This daily toner is infused with 1% PHA, Hyaluronic Acid, Kombucha, and African Rooibos Leaf Extract to protect the skin barrier by balancing skin pH. Directions
